Meet Jamie Williams

Santa Maria born, Santa Maria raised — Jamie is a California Real Estate Broker who bet on herself back in 2011 and launched Williams Bros. Properties. She's been running the show as President ever since, and somehow makes it look easy.

When she's not closing deals, she's giving back to the community she loves — you'll find her involved with Altrusa, Good Samaritan Shelter, and cheering on the local junior highs and high schools. Off the clock, Jamie is all about family time, live concerts, and yelling at the TV during a good game. She's got a serious case of wanderlust, a mean pickleball serve, and she's never turned down a chance to jump in the pool. 🏓

Meet Lindsey Rios

Our Office Manager and resident keep-everything-running superhero, Lindsey has been a valued part of the Williams Bros. Properties team since 2024.

A Missouri girl at heart, Lindsey followed the good weather (and better views) to the Central Coast in 2019. With a background in banking and a genuine love for helping people, she's the one making sure both property owners and tenants get five-star treatment every step of the way.

When she clocks out, you'll catch Lindsey soaking up family time, cruising the coast on a long scenic drive, and unwinding with her beloved Spanish novelas — no spoilers, please. 

Meet Melina Houle

Our Administrative Assistant and the glue that holds it all together — Melina is dependable, organized, approachable, and armed with a positive attitude that's honestly a little contagious. She genuinely loves helping people and being part of a team that has each other's backs, and she pours that same care into everything she touches. Basically, she's the teammate everyone wishes they had.

When she's off the clock, Melina trades her desk for the great outdoors, chasing her kids around and soaking up quality family time. Fresh air, good company, and a chance to recharge? That's her happy place. 🌳
